  That is a prop pistol from the original Blade Runner movie. Oddly, It was built around the action of a Mannlicher rifle. (Hence, the double set triggers.) Adam Savage (of Mythbusters fame) has done several YouTube videos about his quest for constructing the perfect replica of this prop.
