JWR’s Comment: So much for “Castle Doctrine” legal protections… A.K.’s Comment: Not sure why it was okay for the police to seize their gun? If they can legally possess them, why should they be taken away? The wife shouldn’t have had her finger on the trigger but other than that, they were right to feel threatened.
