Hugh, In response to Jonathan’s letter about places to consider in Idaho, I would like to make the case for two small towns named Pierce and Weippe (We-I-P). While JR got close to talking about them when he mentioned Fraser (“Freezer”), I think he may be overlooking a couple of gems. The population of Pierce is just over 500 and Weippe just over 400. Hello, This is intended for Jonathan Rawles. Thank you for that article. I’ve been a reader since 2007. I’ve lost my income and am loosing my home here in Montana. It is a “mix bag” in Montana with liberals everywhere. Also, this area of Montana– Lincoln County– will be a target. Washington’s newly-enacted I-594 private party gun sales ban went into effect. This onerous law makes it illegal for citizens to sell guns (and even flare guns) to each other without routing the transfer through a FFL holder and doing a background check.
