Avalanche Lily’s Scratch Chocolate Cake This is a standard, time-proven American recipe. It is a favorite in our family. Ingredients 2 Cups white flour (sifting the flour is optional) 1 Cup Cocoa Powder 2 tsp Baking Soda 2 Cups Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs 2 Cups Hot Water 2 Rounded TBSPs of Butter   Directions Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
