How To Make Your Group Infiltration-Proof:
A few months ago, Matthew Bracken recommended reading the book, “The Dirty War”, about the Troubles in Northern Ireland.
The book is a long and tedious read, but covers infiltration in great detail.
A successful infiltration can destroy a whole group and all of their preparations.
Unfortunately, what happened in N. Ireland will probably happen here in the U.S. one day soon.
I’m trying to think of an instance in one of JWR’s books that deals with group infiltration?
In film, the Mayor’s son in “Red Dawn” (1984) comes to mind.
In politics, Seth Rich comes to mind.
In the past few decades, in America, there is a long and miserable history of the effects of group infiltration, from “Ruby Ridge” to more recently with the White House. This is an important topic, that most folks are adverse to thinking about. I wonder how much of the LE budgets across the country goes to confidential informants?
