Recipe of the Week: Refried Bean Dip, by L.Y.


  • 1 (20 oz) can of refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs bottled taco sauce
  • Tortilla chips


  1. In a pot, combine beans with cheese, onions, salt, and taco sauce.
  2. Cover and cook on low until the beans are completely warmed up and the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve with Tortilla chips.
