- 3 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbs butter or margarine
- 3 tbs orange marmalade
- 2 tbs chopped pecans
- Combine carrots, water, and salt in a pot.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 hours or until carrots are done.
- Drain well and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high 20 to 30 minutes.
makes 5 to 6 servings.
