Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 pound beef chuck roast
- salt and pepper
- 1 (1 1/2 oz) package spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
- Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and then dry spaghetti seasoning mix.
- Place in a crockpot and top with chopped tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until meat is tender.
- Slice and serve on hot spaghetti; spoon sauce over all.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.

Mississippi Roast: Place roast in crockpot. Sprinkle packet of au jus seasoning on top and packet of Hidden Valley ranch on top, top with some pepperoncinis. Place a cube of butter on top, cook on lowv7 to 8 hours.
