Gear:

As I mentioned once before in SurvivalBlog, I recently ordered some large plastic tool boxes that carry the Dewalt brand name. When they arrived, I was thrilled to see that they weren’t made in China, but instead in Israel. They are fairly sturdy and quite reasonably priced at under $21 each. They also happen to be fairly covert for use as a “range box” for carrying handguns. With an inside length of 21” they will even fit an AR-15 pistol with arm brace if it is broken down into two halves. (And of course the BATFE just recently reversed their earlier restrictive policy on arm braces. Hooray!)

Revtronic LED Tactical Flashlight, Rechargeable with Dual Switch and Memory Function Technology, 960 Lumens CREE LED, 18650 Battery and Charger Included

Karcher K3 Follow-Me Electric Power Pressure Washer with 4 Rolling Wheels, 1800 PSI, 1.3 GPM

Note: Some mail order vendors like Amazon offer deep discounts on “open-box” tools, appliances, and electronics.
