    From the point of view of King George, this was a rebellion, and an act of Treason against the King of England. Treason was punishable by death. Years before that the punishment of choice for treason in England was to have the prisoner hung, drawn and quartered.

    Were these people hoping to gain Allodial rights?

    Allodial title constitutes ownership of real property (land, buildings and fixtures) that is independent of any superior landlord. Allodial title is related to the concept of land held “in allodium”, or land ownership by occupancy and defense of the land.

    Allodial title is a real property ownership system where the real property is owned free and clear of any superior landlord. In this case, the owner will have an absolute title over his or her property. Property owned under allodial title is referred as allodial land.

    It looks like they wanted property owned free and clear of all taxes.

    They knew they would have to fight for it. There would be war casualties.

    The fate of unborn children is will they be born free or serf.

    Men of George Washington’s character don’t exist anymore. The modern man has been effectively neutered and rendered useless. Fatherhood has been taken over by the State and Manhood has been stamped as sexist. In 30 years, you wont be able to recognize a difference between the 2 sexes.

George Washington is very aware that if they fell to win in battle they would be executed and many other men, possibly civilian as well, with them.

    These men understood what freedom is. They also knew the price for it would be high.

    How many people today are willing to fight to be free men? The game is a bit different today. The chess board is now more complex.
