Today is also the birthday of astronaut Theodore Cordy “Ted” Freeman (February 18, 1930 – October 31, 1964.) He was killed in a birdstrike flying accident, while flying a T-38 Talon jet trainer. Recipe of the Week: Lean Beef Goulash

The following recipe for Lean Beef Goulash was kindly sent by SurvivalBlog reader C.K..
