Recipe of the Week: Swiss Beef Birds
Ingredients: 2 lbs round steak, 1/2 inch thick 2 medium carrots 1 large dill pickle 2 Tbsp flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp garlic salt 2 Tbsp salad oil 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce 1 small onion, chopped 2 Tbsp minced parsley Directions: With meat mallet, pound steak until 1/4 inch thick.
