Rice recipe-heat water to simmer(low boil) add rice,stir,cover,reduce heat(or turn off if heavy(heat retaining pot)) 14 minutes later fluff with Fork,recover,5 minutes perfect rice. Add salt or butter before boil to taste and prevent clumping
