(Continued from Part 2.)
Weapons of Mass Destruction – “…Their flesh shall rot while they stand on their feet, and their eyes shall rot in their sockets. And their tongue shall rot in their mouths” (Zec 14:12)
It is well known that Israel has nuclear weapons and capabilities to deliver them to Iran. Israel has never signed the Non-Proliferation treaties and has developed the “Samson Option.” This option will be used as a last resort to destroy all their surrounding enemies if Israel felt their very existence was threatened.
Iran has been working on nuclear research for many years and the IAEA now believes Iran is only months away from producing weapons grade nuclear material. The IAEA has been unable to access Iran’s facilities to assess their current capabilities for the past several years. In the meantime, Iran has visibly focused on developing missiles and drones. Their capabilities now enable them to easily reach Israel and their Sunni enemies with their payloads. Iran can also build these weapons for pennies on the dollar which allows them to fire off massive numbers of missiles while Israel must use very expensive anti-missile missiles to protect their citizenry, a classic war of attrition.
When the time comes, look for Iran and its surrogates to simultaneously launch thousands of missiles and drones into Israel, eventually overcoming their Iron Dome defense, then likely using cruise missiles to carry nuclear payloads to complete the ‘Final Solution.’
Christian Evangelism – “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be proclaimed in all the world as a witness to all nations. And then the end shall come.” (Mat 24: 14)
Behind the scenes, it has been reported that a very large number of Iranians have quietly/secretly converted to Christianity. Numbers are hard to assess because of the constant surveillance of the Mullahs and the dire consequences if discovered (see Murtad above). But it is well known that many Iranians are not happy with the Ayatollahs and their backward, draconian worldview.
Likewise, the Bible says that in the Last Days, Israel will witness the power of Jesus as He protects them from these coming wars and will acknowledge Jesus as their Messiah.
All of the aforementioned Trends are well on their way to being unstoppable. Now, below are the coming Trends to be aware of and prepare for.
Digital Money & Tracking
This is one of the trends from above that is not quite there. So, this will continue. The current global US Dollar is likely replaced by BRICS gold-backed currency or global IMF agreement for a single digital currency. The BRICS consortium is led by Russia, China, and Iran. Iran has long been trying to get away from having to sell their oil in US dollars and this new currency will allow that.
Going digital will allow governments and corporations to more easily track where we are and what our spending habits are. It will then be very easy to move to enforcing DEI/ESG/social credit requirements via digital purchase denials or even confiscating bank accounts. And this will likely happen prior to the 7-year Tribulation and the Mark of the Beast (Rev 13)
Israel Hated and Alone – “And in that day I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all peoples… all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.” (Zec 12:3)
Current supporters USA/UK/etc. will disavow and separate from Israel likely because of their violent response to Hamas atrocities and further escalations with Iran. President Biden has officially started this movement away from Israel with his March 23, 2024 abstention of UN vote to censure Israel for the Gaza War. Now comes the Iranian counterattack with Biden saying this is enough, that US will not assist Israel if they counter strike. Look for Israel to either strike Iran’s nuclear facilities or continue the attack of Rafah, thus further angering the world and isolating Israel. The October 7 Hamas War, a war that has lasted 6 months, longer than any other Israeli war likely means the peace of Israel is already over and the next event below is just a continuation of the current October 7 Hamas War.
Battle of Magog (Ezk 36-39) – “So says the Lord Jehovah: And it shall be in that day that things shall come into your heart [Magog’s], and you shall devise an evil plan. And you shall say, I will go up to the land of open spaces [Israel]… in order to take a spoil, and to steal a prize… from the people gathered out of the nations…”.
The Bible says there will be a revived Roman Empire in the final days. Most theologians believe this to mean the new Roman empire and its leader, the anti-Christ, will arise from Europe. But it is important to note that 2/3rds of the historic Roman Empire were actually located in N Africa and the Middle East, exactly the list of nations that will participate in this war. I believe that the revived empire will be Islamic and federated with Persia/Iran.
According to Ezekial, a specific League of Nations, led by Magog and Persia will attack Israel (Ezk 38). Remember, this prophecy was written ~2600 years ago, long before Islam arrived in the Middle East. In centuries past these nations had always been at war with each other, now all the nations listed in these Biblical prophecies are Islamic, except Magog.
Magog – “And I will turn you back, and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, and all your army”. (Ezk 38:4)
Most scholars believe that Magog is Russia, and it very well may be based on how nations are aligning. The Scythians have historically been identified as the descendants of Magog. They are now settled in the steppes of Russia. In this prophecy, Magog will try to leave the battle area but be forced (figuratively “grabbed by hooks into the mouth”) back into the battle likely because of treaties w/Iran. So, Magog does not sound like an Islamic nation eagerly willing to participate like all the others listed. Russia has been actively involved with the Syrian Civil War for the past several years and it would be easy for them to move their troops near Israel’s Golan Heights to prepare for this war.
Watch for Russian movement around Israel in the next few months, both with their own troops and support of Iran and their surrogates: Hezbollah, Houthis, Syria, and Hamas.
Persia – Iran has been in the news ever since 1979 when the Ayatollahs took over what was called Persia for thousands of years. From a Biblical point of view Persia was the land where the Jews were exiled to in 586BC, where Queen Esther and Mordecai lived, where the evil Haman tried to destroy all the descendants of Jacob, the Jews. Now, the spiritual ‘Prince of the Power of Persia’ has control over this nation. And the current rulers of Persia, the Ayatollahs, have consistently and publicly stated their desire to destroy Israel.
Beth Togarmah and Gomer – Their historic lands are now Turkey. Therefore, watch for Turkey to move from prior EU/NATO centric and align towards this evil league based on mostly Islamic Shia-inspired dogma.
Cush – This is the northern part of Africa along the southern coast of the Mediterranean Sea. So should include Islamic nations of Algeria, and Libya. Interestingly, this league will not include Egypt, as they are not on the list and currently have a peace agreement with Israel.
Put – Put was historically the area south of the 2nd cataracts of the Nile River. This could include Sudan, Ethiopia, and Somalia. Also, based on people migrations over the years, this could include Arabic peoples just across the Red Sea channel: the Houthis.
Enemies of my Enemy are now my friends – Interestingly, this league will include countries that have hated each other for generations: i.e. Iran vs Russia, Turkey vs Russia, Turkey vs Iran, Iran vs Iraq.
Rebuilding of the 3rd Jewish Temple – “Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place…” (Mat 24:15), 2Thes:2:4, Dan 9:24-27, Rev 11:1,
Many Israelis believe they have the right to worship on the site of the former Temple, their most Holy site on earth. But the Islamic Waqf of Jordan, who control the Temple Mount, are violently against any Jewish incursion on their 3rd most Holy site: the Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock, also situated on the Temple Mount. The Bible makes it clear that the Temple or the older Tabernacle given to Moses in the wilderness will have to be placed on the Temple Mount during the latter days. To understand the problem, we need to know some of the history. I will try to keep it as abbreviated and simple as possible. The information presented here comes primarily from the book by Christian Widner titled ‘The Temple Revealed’. A free DF available at www.endtimesberean.com.
