June 24th the birthday of rifle-toting abolitionist pastor Henry Ward Beecher. (Born 1813, died March 8, 1887.) He and his adherents from his church smuggled so many Sharps rifles to Bleeding Kansas that the Sharps rifles picked up the nickname Beecher’s Bibles.

Wikipedia says of Beecher: “Several of his brothers and sisters became well-known educators and activists, most notably Harriet Beecher Stowe, who achieved worldwide fame with her abolitionist novel Uncle Tom’s Cabin.”

I wonder if the monument to Henry Ward Beecher will be the next target of the BLM iconoclasts. I suppose that someone should inform them of the man’s history.

  2. Since they vandalized a monument to Blacks fighting for the Union, and Abraham Lincoln’s statue with a freed slave, nothing will surprise me. It is obvious to anyone with one functioning brain cell that these idiots are out of control and being guided what to do, when to do it, and where to do it.

    NO ONE or anything is safe from the mob.

  6. I believe the Marxist’s/Commie revolution has been ignited a Obama controlled faction of the CIA, or just as likely, contractors, that have used racism as the blasting cap. This article only examines the racism angle and is one dimensional.

    For those in the ‘big cities’, the racism issue is currently most the relevant. As Seattle so well demonstrates, sympathetic governors and mayors are complicit, and citizens of any color are not safe from the mayhem. As it is currently, road ways are subject to being ambushed by hordes of ‘demonstrators’, and drivers beaten. If faced with this situation, do not stop your vehicle, but keep moving. Unless the insurrection is put down by Trump, it will only get worse sooner rather than later. And if there will be martial law in Seattle, or anywhere, it will not be a pleasant experience for anyone. Sales of property in Lincoln County, Montana have escalated, and although the Canadian border remains closed, camp grounds are filling up with out of state plates. The great escape has begun. Get going now before panic buying ensues. Get here, or be square. Soon, all the gold in your vault might be needed to make the jump.

    Hit and Miss.

    Looks like I’ll be acquiring two hit and miss engines, both with good compression and tight bearings, and in otherwise in fine condition as they are fully restored. Because these have simple carburetors, they are easily converted to running off a wood gasifier, or propane. Wood gasifiers were used during WW2 to power many kinds of vehicles, from tanks to taxi’s. Here is one of many videos demonstrating that a hit and miss engine can run a generator under a load.

    BLM doesn’t care about the man’s history. Beecher was a white man and BLM hates whites, “white” history and culture. To fail to understand that BLM hates you because you are a white Caucasian is to fail to understand the true danger and threat these savages are.

    If you are a white man or woman, the savage thugs of BLM would just as soon cut your throat as give you the time of day. That is why they are tearing down statues of Abe Lincoln and other white men who were “anti-slavery”. They were white men first and BLM hates anyone or anything “white”.

    Their goal is to turn America into Somalia and our cities into Mogadishu. From the look of it they are doing a darn fine job of it. (sarc).
