I’ve listened to Atlas Shrugged 3 times on audiobook, and have to conclude that in-spite of Rands wish that it be a warning, it was in-fact a prophecy of our unavoidable destruction.

Unfortunately many within the US including elected officials, are living out the characters found in Atlas Shrugged.

The present day twist is that the would-be titans of industry championed in the book have turned inside-out and are now the Zuckerbergs, Gates, Schmidt’s, and Cooks of the world, who are more like James Taggart than Francisco d’Anconia.

Those of us that believe in God, capitalism and the US Constitution are truly on our own. We have been marginalized by politicians and the media. All we can do is hold our beliefs, vote, and pray for better times ahead.
