Know your environment – getting the maps ready now In a world full of google, yahoo and portable navigators, the art of using maps kind of gets lost. What has come to my attention is the horrific nuclear (Hanford) and toxic metal (mining) contamination of all the rivers in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
