The following recipe for Bayou Nut Trail Mix is from SurvivalBlog reader Paul in Louisiana. Ingredients 1⁄2 cup pecan halves 1⁄2 cup whole raw almonds 1⁄2 cup walnut halves 1⁄4 cup unsalted shelled sunflower seeds 1⁄4 cup unsalted shelled pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp. canola oil 1⁄4 tsp. salt 1⁄4 tsp. garlic powder 1⁄4 tsp. chili powder (or less, depending on your taste) 1⁄4 tsp. cumin 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or less, depending on your taste) Directions Preheat oven to 350°F.
