I recently picked up a Remington Vantage pellet gun at a garage sale for $50. The most surprising thing about that purchase was that my wife, “Kari”, called the gun to my attention. The following recipe for Tuna-Potato Cakes is from SurvivalBlog reader M.S.. She says that this recipe is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes.
