- 1 cup cooked chicken meat
- 1/4 cup cooked ham
- 1/2 cup celery
- Mix chicken, ham and celery, all finely ground.
- Moisten with mayonnaise.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread between iettuce leaves on thinly buttered toast.
