  1. I also have a ZT very similar to this one – can’t recall the specific model right now. But as the article attests, it is a brute and super sharp. I little too large to carry every day for me but I do have it in my bugout bag as a backup to my fixed blade KBar. Expensive but you just need one!

  2. I like to call knives that are built and will outlast myself as legacy knives. Something we will leave for our children or grand children to inherit when we are gone. I have several ZT knives and each has its purpose. None of them were cheap and each of them is going to last a lifetime, maybe a few lifetimes.

To all that feel like the price is to much, think about buying another knife due to wearing the current one out. How many times are you going to have to replace it vs. buy once cry once? Losing one may be a different issue, not going to point fingers but Baring that lone excuse everyone should look into buying a quality knife.

  3. Good Job, Pat! Without communist goods…You have my respect, I learned many things from you… but now… we are former middle class, actual working class – with 300 dollars you can buy one piece of Taurus… with 375 dollars we can buy 2 or 3 folders with decent steel – AUS8, VG10, D2… Please present us such folders or blades made in USA, Europe, Taiwan, Japan…
