  1. Can anyone illustrate why this property for sale in Alaska below has ZERO property tax? I know that NO state has ZERO property tax. In fact, Alaska has low property tax but how is this property removed from taxation????

  2. Since it says it is “surrounded by State Land” I’m guessing it is either coming with a 99 year lease on the state land, in which there are probably no taxes due as it’s actually state land or Native American property which is not taxed as it belongs to a “reservation”. Not sure of this but that would be my guess.
