Regarding Thomas Paine stance towards the death penalty. I personally believe the death penalty should be used, especially in extreme cases; Where the individual is 100 percent guilty of that crime.
Whatever your opinion,
In a Survivalist’s terms this would mean someone either individually, or collectively, or both; Would be needed to uphold justice when the SHTF (Schumer hits the fan).
