The Bill of Rights; very much misunderstood, the PREAMBLE clearly states the articles , all 12 of them having been ratified now, are Declaratory, and Restrictive … against government from infringing upon our GOD given rights. Once a person understands the basic facts of our founders and their intentions the question of “States rights” as opposed to “God given or endowed rights” .. things make a bit more sense as to what is right and what is wrong.
    Our rights do not come from legislation, they come from God. The Declaration of Independence clearly states that fact, and this is the foundation for the Constitution. Therefore, such questions like the original 4th amendment now known as the 2nd amendment is well known to mean individual God given rights, as opposed to any monopoly the government may claim.

    1. Study the Constitution, study the Declaration of Independence, and above all, read the BIBLE daily; then let the Holy Spirit guide your thoughts, which will guide your actions, which will save our Republic..
