  1. The strongest political party will survive and the weakest will not. While it might be true that the left/socialist/communist agenda does not work over time and will fail that is hardly encouraging. Watch Venezuela in it’s descent into socialist hell and tell me they are winning. The Democrats are stronger in that they are more organized and dedicated to their cause. The Republicans are weak, disoriented and seems to have no cause that they agree on. And the citizens (most of them) seem to only be interested in more free stuff. What difference does it make that if/when the left wins in the U.S. and we go through decades of suffering inevitable in a communist system that somewhere down the road there will be a revolution attempting to return to a democracy? What difference will it make then???

We have only one United States, only one bite of the apple, only one chance in history. When it’s gone, it’s over, done, no more. It won’t rise from the ashes of Nancy Pelosi’s socialist nirvana but rather devolve into a Stalinist style gulag. There is only one chance for survival and that would be conservatives and undecided coming together to stop the socialist steam roller that is going to squash us. Honestly I don’t see that happening. When the left wins they should put up statues of McCain and Collins.

  2. Canada is a socialist nightmare. Undocumented refugees flooding in and claiming welfare, publicly funded abortion and assisted suicide, LGBT is almost a religion and taxes are huge.

  3. But how do we minimize the pain of the leftist collapse? Is there a way to promote a softer collapse for everyone beyond the preps we do for ourselves and loved ones?

    1. The answer is yes and no. Yes there is a way to soften the collapse or even prevent the collapse. There is a way to solve all problems. No we won’t do it because it takes intelligence, guts and the will to do the right thing and our politicians lack all three. Are politicians are screwing us and becoming rich and powerful why would they give that up to do the right thing>

  4. I have been watching the Bosnian war on you tube for the past few days, trying to get a better understanding as to what took place, and the actors involved. The one thing that stands out is the masses. If Americans showed even a fraction of interest in the direction of the Country that the people of the former Yugoslavia had, The current congress and admin, and even the courts would take following the Constitution literally.

  5. I fully and wholeheartedly agree with “ gone with the wind”. Could not agree more. Don’t like it one d… bit but it is true. We as in all but a very very small and way too small a minority ; myself included, will not sacrifice our cell phones, cable, couches, and twinkies in order to stand up and stop this c… they are winning and they will win. But I have read “ the Book” and GOD wins in the end. That is my only and final hope.

  6. Funny thing happened to me reading JRVs observations on the politics of late. I thought he could have been describing the similarities of structure and methodologies of western Christianity. Before the brethren get their hackels up I mean the similarities of top down hierarchical control of individuals by the various Christian organizations. Nationally, regionally, locally. Similarly 85% of all money collected flows back up the hierarchical chain for the perpetuation of the mother organization. The hierarchical local authority figures major device is the weekly monologue as opposed to a dialogue delivered to the faithful mute gathering of individuals, of coarse with the approval of the governing central hierarchy watchful eye to deliver the party line. There is no precedence for this in the new testament. The five fold ministry is for the equipping of the saints for accomplishing the work of the ministry, not the other way around. All members participating all contributing. The problem in America is not political but spiritual. Western Christianity is not keeping pace with the national demographic we are losing not gaining members. America is founded upon biblical Judeo-Christian principals. The only thing to save America is maintaining, preserving, expanding Judeo-Christian morals, values, beliefs and duties. We must do the hard work of Christianity going and hearing a nice message and give some coin on Sunday doesn’t get it. We need Jesus Christ living in power through us and that is hard work. Anything else is not going to do it. In the new testament is the example for us that Paul and the boys accomplished not the present American religious relativism that is being practiced. My fear is good men doing nothing.

    1. American pastors will have a lot to answer for by not fully-equipping the saints. They created a Christian consumer culture, rather than disciples of Jesus Christ. How many Christians allow someone else to tell them what God says in His Word? Too many put more faith in the veracity of men, rather than being a good Berean and searching it out for themselves in the Bible. Men like Tyndale were murdered by the Catholic Church at that time, for daring to print the Bible in English so that people could read it for themselves. If we no longer teach our children that America is good because it’s people are good, and if we know longer care about teaching how to be good, and instead thumb our noses at morality and kicking God and Christianity to the curb, then the Left will win a temporary victory. Yet, we know how this all ends. God determines what HE wants, not the deep state, or International Communism, or the United Nations or the Democrat Party. And thank goodness! But many more will be sent to an eternity in Hell if the awakened Church in America doesn’t start taking this spiritual warfare seriously and get busy engaging the enemy with all the tools God has given us.

      1. I have been saying this for years!!!! I’ve said it in bible study at work (yes, we were allowed to have it at work during lunch) and to my husband. Sadly I was so turned off by the church for not living up to the teachings in the Word that I stayed away. That was the wrong thing to do. I am back in church but I wonder if it is too late for this country to turn this mess around.
