Just started cottonwood tincture last night. The longer it sits the better. Plus you can make balm out of it using olive oil and bees wax. Check it out. I’m excited about it. One correction needs to be made.
It is my understanding that mashed pumpkin is not to be canned,it is too dense/thick.
I cut mine into pieces to can in water.
