    As for your reference about the 1778 budget:

    In this current state of affairs, It seems the US and many other countries will continue print money to cover their debts. Until it is no longer able.

    Then, hyperflation; every single item will be far more expensive.

    Will people revolt? We will suddenly be living in the conditions of 1778.

    Interesting times from those back then, to now.
