Texas Governor Perry Backs Resolution Affirming Texas’ Sovereignty Under 10th Amendment. (A tip of the ten-gallon cowboy hat to Larry B. for the link.) In other state sovereignty news, Montana’s HB 246 (the “made in Montana” exemption gun law, a.k.a. the “Montana Firearms Freedom Act”) passed by the Montana House and Senate–now before the Governor for signature.
