Montana
Montana Attorney General Says Royal Canadian Mounted Police Are Trying To Spy On US Gun Shows.
JWR’s Comments: I heard from one Montana gun show organizer that the RCMP’s primary modus operandi is to cruise through gun show parking lots, photographing any Canadian license plates that they see. But undercover RCMP agents have also been seen inside gun shows. Doubtless, they plan subsequent home visits by mounties, or perhaps even “flagging” for agents of Customs Canada at border crossings. Granted, license plates are in “plain view”, but the right to photograph anything in plain view should only apply to our own citizenry, not to foreign agents! Jurisdictional integrity and national sovereignty are paramount concerns.
