In regards to the shooting of Al in Idaho , it sounds like the police wasted a lot of money on tasers and bean bag rounds.
Oregon fungus article from 2009,when fungus crushed the Blue Whale as largest organism. Usually worth a beer in bar bet(organism vs animal)
I always thought the largest organism was a grove of Aspen trees.
Looks like the most worrisome fungus lies at the Boise State campus.
