Declaration of Intent and Legal Protection
I , _________________, of _____________ County, _________ [State] do hereby openly and notoriously declare my intent to manufacture and/or purchase and maintain for my personal use and for the use of my immediate family (spouse and blood relatives) a variety of “firearms” that were formerly under the purview of the National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934.
I place my reliance and legal protection on the August 5, 2026 Northern District of Texas Final Judgment in favor of the plaintiffs in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF, No. 6:25-CV-056, and Jensen v. ATF, 6:26-CV-277 (hereinafter “Jensen”.) I rely on the specific wording of the Jensen Permanent Injunction.
Because I am a current member in good standing with the _________________________ I thereby am clearly and unquestionably in the Plaintiff Protected Class as described in Jensen, making me eligible buy or manufacture silencers (aka suppressors), short-barreled rifles (SBRs), or short-barreled shotguns (SBSes) without any NFA controls.
In the event that the ATF issues “guidance” that varies even slightly from the wording of Judge James Wesley Hendrix’s Permanent Injunction, I hereby declare myself Exempt and Protected. Again, I am relying on the specific wording of the Jensen Permanent Injunction. Furthermore, any vague, hidden, obscure, transitory, confusing, nebulous, or contradictory “interpretations”, “directives” , “guidance”, “clarifications”, or “amplification” are therefore null and void. See the recently-overturned Chevron doctrine, Cheek v. United States, Lambert v. California, and most importantly Marbury v. Madison 5 US 137 (1803): “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.”
I furthermore have the protection of the doctrine of Entrapment by Estoppel (per the Constitution’s Due Process Clause) in the event that I have relied on any statement or document issued by any official that led me to believe that I was acting lawfully.
Further, This Affiant Saith Not.
