Brenda’s Santa Fe Stew 1 pound ground beef, venison, or elk, crumbled/browned/drained 1 onion, chopped/sauteed Put above in a large pot and add: 1-2 Tablespoons taco seasoning mix 1-2 Tablespoons ranch dressing mix 1 can black beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can corn (hominy is good too) 1 large can diced tomatoes 1 can Rotel tomatoes Add water to suit your preference for consistency.
