“There’s no harm in hoping for the best as long as you’re prepared for the worst.” – Stephen King
The Editors’ Quote of the Day:
- Ad Survival RealtyFind your secure and sustainable home. The leading marketplace for rural, remote, and off-grid properties worldwide. Affordable ads. No commissions are charged!
- Ad The Good News About Nuclear Destruction. The lethality of all nukes can be reduced by 90% when you know beforehand what to do and not do.
That is a heck of quote, given the author.
Yeah, I lost all respect for him when he went full-nutzo about his favorite NWO candidate losing the 2016 election. His bonk on the head must have done permanent damage.
His books stink. Never saw the appeal of his irrational story lines. He is a full nut job Trump hating leftist now.
Sometimes, quoted words need to be taken in full context. Here’s The Gospel According to Stephen King:
“I hate organized religion. I think it’s one of the roots of real evil that’s in the world. If you really unmask Satan, you’ll probably find that he’s wearing a turnaround collar.”
“The beauty of religious mania is that it has the power to explain everything. Once God (or Satan) is accepted as the first cause of everything which happens in the mortal world, nothing is left to chance… logic can be happily tossed out the window.”
Amazing that any comment by Stephen King would be on this blog.
why would we post anything from him here is beyond me….
