I was a freshman in college when a couple of dormmates went for the “Rhodesia Semester”, a year later came back wearing the now famous Be A Man Among Men The Rhodesian Army. Wow!still makes me envious, they lived! They really lived! Like the French Foreign Legion, these men had a life experience like none other.
Can anyone recommend a good history book on this subject. I had a school friend whose father was a missionary in Northern Rhodesia in the 1960’s. I’ve always wanted to know more about what happened there at that time.
