  2. Somebody mentioned in a comment a few days ago to Abebooks.com as an alternative to amazon. That’s not possible, abebooks.com is Amazon company. T he Ashes link above took me to amazon where the book is currently unavailable. Amazon recommended abe books instead which is an Amazon company.
