Following my career as a FEMA VAL Officer and OES Officer, I spent my last five duty years as Supervising Health & Safety Officer at the oldest and largest Vets’ Home in America, situated in Yountville, California. I have just finished a careful reading of “The Ultimate Prepper’s Survival Guide”. It was very well written and would be useful in my classes training civil service employees in water safety in California.
Are you familiar with USDHS campus in Anniston, Alabama, “Center for Domestic Preparedness”? I spent a couple of weeks there getting an Instructor and Health care Administrator certificates.
