CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver are relatively straightforward and easy to learn, and can save lives in cases like these.
I taught both to my ROTC students in the mid-80s, hundreds of them, and have often wondered how many lives were saved by those students.
As for myself, I only used the Heimlich Maneuver once, at a resort dining room where a fellow diner was choking. But once was sufficient to justify the training.
I would put an end to that bear, SSS.
i was hoping someone in ol remus family would take up the torch and keep up his column
We sure put out a lot of public info on our nukes
Isn’t that the truth? I was stationed there a long, long time ago. Before my time, they had started a facility to load them on trains and send them out and about. To prove things tend to go full circle, anyone remember GLCM?
I find it irritating that so many news pages now will not load without signing up, both the Billings Gazette and Jackson Hole News fail to meet expectations. I’ll need to make a list of sites now to not waste my time trying to visit.
