   This ship is a military capital asset (Lightning Carrier) which will be out of action for a long time.

   Was the fire: incompetence, dereliction of duty, industrial accident, design/construction flaw, or sabotage by enemies foreign and/or domestic???

   Mines, torpedoes, bombs, rockets, missiles: hypersonic, ballistic, cruise, or simple fire starter… The last one is really cheap…
