  1. I have two kydex holsters made by phalane defence systems ( compact ) that have worked well for me. they seem to be almost a universal fit. I carry both the bersa thunder and the springfield armory r.o.compact 9 ( inside the waist band ). I like them mainly because they won’t collapse when the fire arm is taken out of the holster and is easy to reinsert

  2. The movie “She”. Hmmm. Kinda didn’t do the book justice. Just my opinion.
In all fairness, H. Rider Haggard was a very good writer, so maybe the producers/directors were in over their heads. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed his works.

Re: Doors to secret rooms. On the last one I helped with, we used electro magnets that had a 12 volt power supply and a motorcycle battery as backup. It was done in an office complex and turned out really neat. Paneling like that is great for disguising door seams.

Thank you JWR for the Billy Strings tip a few days ago. I am totally hooked on his music!
I can only aspire to be half the guitar player he is.

  3. Werkz holsters in Potlatch ID, and Alien Gear in Post Falls, ID, are some fine kydex holster makers in the Redoudt.
If in the area, and call first, you can pick up your holster at Werkz.

  4. We recently switched from Dur-a-cell batteries to Energizer batteries because I found out that the copper-topped one is owned by Berkshire Hathaway, the conglomerate run by Warren Buffet. Old Warren and his family bragged that they have donated over $4 Billion to Planned Parent ( ! ) hood and other abortion providers. We avoid buying from or doing business with their businesses, including Dairy Queen, Burger King (Restaurant Brands Int’l.), Heinz/Kraft foods ,CocaCola, Costco, and other businesses that they own or own large pieces of. 5. Just released on BluRay: War of the Worlds. This is the 2005 version, starring Tom Cruise.

This movie was well worth watching, in my opinion. I remember a couple of chilling scenes. Maybe the best role Tom Cruise has played.

    Carry on in grace
