I’m not a historian, but if I could add an opinion about the War of the Roses: the most important date is the end – the Battle of Bosworth on 22nd August 1485. Richard III died and Henry Tudor (Henry VII) ascended the throne. This battle ended the Medieval Age in Great Britain, and is the start of Early Modern History and the English Renaissance. The Tudor Age that followed was a cultural, military and religious epoch.
