  1. With all the coronavirus madness, differences of opinion, and contention among us, perhaps a little coronavirus humor we can all agree on is in order. 🙂

    NOW would probably be a really good time to pave the roads.

    COVID -19 has grocery shelves looking like Cincinnati Bengals trophy cases.

    I just read that tonight’s Powerball is up to 275 rolls of Angel Soft toilet paper.

    Many parents are about to discover the teacher was not the problem!

    3 hours into homeschooling and 1 is suspended for skipping class and the other one has already been expelled.

    Homeschool day 1: wondering how I can get this kid transferred out of my class.

    Don’t know why my fishing buddy is worried about the coronavirus, he never catches anything.

    1. Not surprised to see something like that from Allen. Bear in mind, however, that he’s stating his opinion, not making policy, as he’s retired. Using Guard forces would avoid PCA restrictions, as long as they were in a State Active Duty (State funded, State controlled) or Title 32 (Federally funded, State controlled) status, as they are not then considered “Federal troops”. However, using Guard or Reserve forces must be weighed, not only for “optical” considerations, but practical ones as well. If those Guardsmen are LEOs, Firefighters, EMTs, etc., mobilizing them pulls them out of that part of the fight. One of the reasons the 1918 pandemic was so deadly was that the military had conscripted or commissioned thousands of providers for WW I, taking them out of their communities where they could have been better employed.

    1. Don’t be silly. It obviously isn’t a hoax. 100% of predictions are made up and most predictions fail simply because we humans change our actions in the face of facts. The predictions were wrong because we took strong actions to lower the curve. This is a reason to celebrate not to be cynical. With any luck our leaders will continue to flatten the curve and if that makes predictions wrong I say good!

      lol……Well, I know one thing that hasn’t changed. It’s peoples blind faith in the government. As long as that continues we will see even more of our freedoms disappear. Are you celebrating that also?

      1. Not blind. In fact I think Trump is doing an outstanding job and thankful to have him. Not looking forward to Biden getting in.

        I simply cannot agree that this is a hoax. I think it is a mistake to even say that. In a couple of months the death toll will be staggering and your hoax comment will not age well.

        1. Biden will only be a place holder for someone else. The PTB will never let him rule. At least I don’t think so???

          SPECULATION: Biden will only be a place holder to give his power and authority to a New World/One World Order President…????
