I read an article today that the great State of Idaho is the only one that population increased in every town and city. Amazing, and keep up the good work.
Dan, you might be correct as to American Citizens in Idaho. It seems to be a ‘wild ass guess’ in other states.

“Data provided by the institute show that counties with the lowest census response rates in California are concentrated in the southern half of the state. Those counties are also home to the highest shares of >non-U.S. citizens, African Americans, Native Americans and Latinos, demographic groups that are often undercounted. Monterey, Los Angeles and Imperial counties, home to the highest, second-highest and fourth-highest percentages of >noncitizens in the state, are most likely to undercount residents, according to the analysis.”
“Each of California’s congressional districts contains at least one census tract where more than 29% of residents are likely to be undercounted, according to the analysis.”

“Many Latinos believe a citizenship question will be asked on the 2020 census and are less likely to participate, a national Latino leader told Congress on Thursday.”
“They believe there will be a citizenship question on the form despite its absence and many fear how the data will be used,” Vargas said. “This is exacerbated by a hostile environment toward immigrants propagated by this administration.”
“Last June, the Supreme Court ruled the administration could >not add the question about citizenship to the census. The court found the administration’s justification for adding the question was “contrived”.
