1. We should consider designating CNN as “scary” and “offensive”. Maybe then it will be banned!
   And maybe the Chinese could make a deal with Planned Parenthood to market their stolen organs. After all, they have had experience.

2. So, if I worked at Apple, Google, or Facebook in Silicon Valley, I could find the most annoying SJW gun controller in my office and have the SWAT team visit them to seize their guns? Not that I would ever do that…

   1. tz – yup – thats the way I see it. As far as I’m concerned turn about is fair play. You see or know of anyone falsely being “red flagged”, or are a victim of it yourself, then the person turning in the “red flag” warning can also be turned in for, oh let’s just say child pornography, drug selling, child endangerment, terrorist threats, or whatever, let your mind run wild. All anonymously of course.
      Play nice or play nasty, it seems to be their choice. The same rules of life apply to EVERYONE, not just us poor deplorable dirt people.
      And after 3 years in S E Asia at the pajama party with the USMC, I think I can say I know nasty….

3. Re: Impounding

   Reminds me of a scam I was victim of many years ago.

   Back in the early 80s I was a junior sailor stationed to a new submarine being built in New London CT. Parking at the Electric Boat shipyard was horrible. A battle every morning. My room mate and I parked one snowy morning along a line of cars in the prescribe parking area. The ground was snow covered so we could not see where the lines were. Nobody could so everyone was just parking in a row where the normal spots were as best they could. For not having any lines to work with everyone spaced themselves pretty good and orderly.

   I think we had duty that day which meant we were on the boat over night and did not come back for 36 hours. We had not slept hardly at all (normal for a duty day) and we were dog tired. It was a cold CT winter day. We went to get in the car and go home and it was gone.

   The towing company that monitored the lot had come, shoveled up the lines and then towed everybody not within the lines. Which was everybody. I would guess 50 or more cars.

   It took us a while to figure out where the impound lot was. Walked several miles to the impound lot. We were not in a good mood when we got there.

   At the lot they told us what they had done and that they had a Polaroid picture of my car parked across the line. Along with about 50 more Polaroids. They said I owed them $38 to get my car out. Which was a fair amount of money for me then. My car was in the middle of a sea of cars on their lot packed in as tight as they could get them. I had a big jar of pennies in the back seat. I went and got them and started to count them out for the guy running the lot. He started to tell me that he would not accept them for payment and that since my car was stuck between all the other cars I was out of luck and would have to provide another form of payment.

   My friend and I were in top condition back then from heavy weight lifting and running. And we were young and still running on high testosterone. We looked at the guy and informed him that he WOULD take payment in pennies from us and he WOULD get our car out. We told him this with the tone and full intent that if he did not, he was going to get hurt bad. He saw that it was two on one and we were both bigger and stronger than him and we were in a very bad mood. He got my car out. I did pay him. In pennies.

   Sound like the east coast has not changed much in 35 years. Still slime balls that should have their *sses kicked. I hope those cops make life miserable for that POS Police Chief and Municipal Manager.

4. NJ cops: When the government and its policing agents forget that they work for the people, then the people must remind them of that all important fact. Vote them out, lock them up or apply tar and feathers.

   12 year old felon: Common sense seems to be terminally ill.

   Red flag laws: Perhaps terminally ill is too weak a term.

   AR-15s: It would behoove all of us here to acquire as much of the legal information from these cases as possible. A quick and accurate readymade defense would be priceless should we find ourselves in a bollocksed legal situation. Knowledge is king.

   China: Good God man, why are we still doing anything with this hideous regime?

   Note to JWR: More sarcasm. We can use it!

   This is the most obvious, the most blatant case of ENTRAPMENT I ever heard.

   Without the instigating element, the incident would never occur.
   At least, it’s obvious to me.
   But I am not an under-paid over-worked employee of the Bureau Of Justifying My Existence.

   The second part of my issue with that scenario:
   The government school operated by TheGovernmentAgents.

   If everybody in a government school is indoctrinated into thinking snitching is acceptable behavior, that is the wrong environment for anybody.
   During my rare excursions into government schools, everybody peacefully ‘co-existed’ with a simple motto:
   Snitches get stitches.

   None of this ‘see something, say something’ nonsense.
   Rats got ostracized.
   Tattle-tales were shunned.
   The lowest slime was ‘hall monitor’. Kids lasted a day or less, then wisely quit.

   What if… everybody pointed fingers at TheGovernmentAgents such as the Re-Education Officer aka ‘teacher’? The office staff? The arresting Law Enforcement Officials?

6. Under a plain reading of the definition of receiver in the code of federal regulations neither the lower or upper receiver of an AR-15 should be considered the legal receiver. By my reading only the combined upper and lower would be the receiver or firearm. I believe this was what the judge was going to rule. This would imply that selling a upper receiver should be regulated just like the sale of a lower receiver. I wonder how other judges would rule on this.

7. Nothing good comes out of New Jersey.

   1. Nj is trying really hard to be the most corrupt state in the US,still behind Illinois but still trying.
      Police Superintendent of Chicago Police was just found drunk passed out at the wheel of his squad car(anyone want to bet on what will happen to this terrorist?(he threatened State Police to allow a terrorist group to shut down major expressways in the city))
