The FBI sniper Horiuchi went free NOT because of a federal court — the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overruled the federal judge and decided that Idaho COULD put Horiuchi on trial.
Horiuchi went free because Randy Weaver’s neighbors tossed out the brave prosecutor (Denise Woodbury) who had fought the case to the Appeals court and won – and instead elected a piece of garbage who decided to NOT try Horiuchi.

That piece of garbage was subsequently investigated for forgery and resigned in a plea deal:

In my opinion, if any fingers are to be pointed they should be pointed at the good folk of Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Was the informant ever prosecuted for altering evidence or perjury? Another Chicago cop has been charged with falsifying warrants to commit armed robberies, thousands of cases may be overturned as false convictions. A cop was just charged with murder in a phony warrant shooting, how long before all the thugs in blue pay for their crimes?
