You bring up some very valid points. One thing I believe any remote survival location needs to address is the ‘sustainability’ of the retreat. You can only store so much food and water….if there is no way to produce your own, you will be dead, over time. Do your homework, check out realistic ways to produce your own protein, carbs, veggies…not only enough for your immediate group, but excess!
