The Magna Carta was the second document in the genealogy of our constitution. The first was the 1100 Charter of Liberties.

I believe in the Spirit of our Constitution, It was the Magna Carta.
The Coronation charter ( AKA the 1100 charter of Liberties ) was of a voluntary nature.
While the Magna Carta took on more of a coercive nature.
Just my opinion.
While we’re giving opinions, I think a very important part of our Constitution came from a writing 2500 years ago, where we got the three branches of Government, as was written by Isaiah the Prophet in Chapter 33 Vs 22. For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king he will save us. Judicial, Legislative, and Executive. Trekker Out
