I have a Hi-point .40, been a good gun, I have fired over 100 rounds with no issue. Good cheap back up gun to have. I will get a 1911 one day, but a Hi-point is good bang for the buck now. I have big hands and it fits me, the weight helps with recoil
About 20 years ago, while attending a community meeting concerning a local wetland area, an older gentleman spoke out against mosquito spraying. He had lived on the wetlands for over 50 years, well before mosquito spraying started, yet mosquitos became a problem afterwards. There were noticeably fewer birds, he said. One wonders what else went missing, along with the birds.
