    1. Sarge, better yet with the crime(fraud, theft, hacking, illegal surveillance) make use of a computer or cell phone by licence only($1000-$1500 class to posess and use, annual licence renewals, checkpoints to confiscate)

  1. And some wonder why we need Liberty state to become a reality. Partitioning Washington state at the Cascades is a must in light of misguided leftest legislation attempts like this gun control measure.

    May God help us.

  2. The Washington State Initiative propoition is FAR worse than the summary above. It defines any semi-auto long gun as an ‘assault weapon.’ Your old plinker Winchester .22, old Browning shotgun, and Ruger 10/22 will each require annual licensing: So is my Remington 30.0 deer rifle. And there will be NO grandfather clause.
Paul Allen, Seahawks/Trailblazer owner ,put up more than a third of the 3 million dollar funding for signature gatherers for this debacle. What is the price of freedom?

    1. I guess its high time to throw Paul Allen out on his A$$. He does have a pretty cool museum with WW2 airplanes in it in Washington state but that alone isn’t worth it if he is undermining the very freedoms the WW2 generation supposedly fought for.

    2. And hopefully the good citizens of Washington state will follow the example of their fellow assaulted citizens in Connecticut and New York to disobeying an unjust and illegal law (now THERE’S an oxymoron for you) and NOT register their guns or other weapons – any of them.

  3. One of the things most concerning about the South African mining issues is that many strategic metals are only found in any great quantity in South Africa and Russia. Neither country is all that friendly at the moment.

  4. The worst thing about this decision by the Washington Supreme Court is that they overturned a validation of state law that was rendered by the lower court decision. When the courts disregard laws that everyone else has been required to follow, just to attack a right provided in both the US and Washington State Constitutions, they declared that anarchy prevails. Be prepared for destructive lawless styles of anarchy.

  5. The Washington State Supreme circus is bought off by moneyed interests, as most inhabitants of the Wet side succumb to, in order to stay employed.
The 2nd Lexington Green 1775 is fast approaching.

    1. “the 2nd lexiington green 1775 is fast approaching.”

reminds me of that old joke: “I have not yet begun to fight!” “well could you start, the ship’s about bloody had it!”

  6. Re: Defective airbags, who has liability for them(manufacturer,State,Feds,Insurance companies). If a known defective product is required liability is required and any damages/injury are automatically compensated(strict liability),even emotional stress(having a unstable explosive pointed at your face is stressful). Can these vehicles be sold with a known safety defect or must the recall be completed(lots full of dangerous vehicles waiting years for parts). In states with vehicle inspections are these failing with a known dangerous defect, try to pass without a catalytic converter(not safety issue),or bald tires. Time to stop coddling incompetent bureaucrats. Contact your congress critters, local flunkies, local ambulance chasing attorney about suing them for public endangerment.

Many often wonder what it will take to get us back to that standard of behavior. I agree that things are bad.
“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
That’s the bad news. Not a one of us, in and of ourselves, is capable of ‘being good’. But there was one who came down from Heaven. This Christ lived a perfect, sinless and spotless life. He went to the cross where He had to die for our sins, all of our sins, every last one of us. He raised Himself from the dead, defeating death. Christ our LORD Jesus has the power to save our souls and forgive us of our sins. This is what the Holy Bible teaches us.
So the answer relies on us, followers of Christ to teach and to model, and to demand those around us do this thing that we seek. Only Christ can set the ‘standard of behavior’ by which men known of God might stand up as righteous in this world. All else is folly.
That’s the good news. Will we do it? I’m not as sure.

    “Tacata Air Bags.”
Much of the 10 year timeline is based upon lack of knowledge and lack of action by owners who are made aware. Call a reputable dealer of your brand of vehicle and you will find they simply order the part and in a few weeks it will arrive and be installed for free. My part arrived in one week and was installed the next day for free after the dealer called me, easy-peasy. I would caution that if you are now aware and take no action, you may have some liability along with the manufacturer if something were to go wrong and you were found at fault in a collision. Get this done now and by a dealer only, as they report the VIN to now be corrected.

  8. I think many SA mining interests are going to let them go and wait for the inevitable collapse of of the country then buy it all back at fire sale prices. Once they have looted and burned everything of value in SA they will quickly turn on each other and the collapse will be complete. Globalist elites are waiting in the wings to “save” SA and put it all back together.

  9. It seems like, in a day when there’s school shootings and all other sorts of evil going on, a teacher would welcome a polite student. But no, evil is called good and good is called evil these days.

  10. A law is not a law unless it’s enforced. How and when will the cops go door to door checking on ones private property bought 100% legally before this newest gun grab.

Than a prudent strategy is to buy bolt action rifles in the 300mag style. Leave your semi auto Glock and take your
GP 100 or your 44 mag as your right to carry.

The government is playing with fire

  11. Cudos to FORD for how they are handling this airbag fiasco! I have a 2009 Edge with the airbag issue. Ford is paying Enterprise for the rental vehicle I am driving – an F150 XLT!

  12. I-639 has been on the wish list in western Washington for a long time. A couple of years ago, my wife and I decided to buy a second home In North Idaho because of the continued erosion of our gun rights and the assault on our Christian values. I didnt wait for it ( I-639) to be implemented, I moved all our guns and preps out of Washington, turned in my Washington state Drivers license and took up Idaho residence.. I’ll still do business in Washington, But my vote, taxes and most of business has gone to Idaho.

The pot of water was getting a little too warm for this frog.

  13. WA State, I will exercise jury nullification, or just a not guilty verdict (the jury box). I will not comply with a “law” that violates, nor will I take part in prosecuting someone who lawfully exercises their right’s under the US Constitution. “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;”

    1. Said the subject who thought he was still a citizen.

Thanks to the Republican’s NDAA, with the stroke of a pen, We the People became mere subjects. Our Bill of Rights gutted. Habeas corpus and due process erased. US citizens are subject to execution by government on accusation alone without due process. What did Patriots do? Jack. Not one shot was fired. That was 7-1/2 years ago. That event was our generation’s Declaration of Independence.

We so-called ‘Patriots’ may have hundreds of millions of guns and metric tons of ammo but have we anything we are willing to “mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor?”

  14. I mistakenly listed that phrase as being in the preamble. It is actually in Section 2. @ gman, I have served on two juries to date, and I watch for violation of the Constitutional rights. in all cases.

  15. When I purchased my 20 year old truck a year and a half ago, I noticed a great feature. The passenger side dash had an empty space under the padding just the size of a glovebox where the airbag used to reside. I installed a shoebox in the hole and now have a place for the registration papers, repair receipts, sunglasses, maps, etc. . Upon further examination, I found a similar empty space under the pad on the steering wheel. I thought that it would be a good place to hide something, but haven’t because I would have to re-do my gorilla tape job holding the pad in its place every time I retrieved something from the hidey hole. Thank goodness that my state does not have a vehicle inspection !
