God Bless you Old Bobbert. From my lens I am hearing you say act with integrity and think of yourself as an enterprise and not an employee. Amen to that. You are right about mentor-ship. I am grateful for those that took time in my young life and pay it forward with any “kid” that will hold still no mater how clueless or unthoughtful they have been in previous interactions.
