I cannot find anywhere the archive cd or pdfs are sold or available. I’ve tried Lulu.com, amazon, eBay. About a month ago the cd was available, but now nowhere found. Anyone have any clues?

We’ve taken the old archive off of the site because during the month of December, we are preparing the 2005-2017 version which will go on sale in January. We have found that if we don’t do that, people get upset that they’ve bought an older version just prior to the new version and there is no way to upgrade it without purchasing a whole new DVD or Download.
